Group Plan or Company/Corporate Plan
Group Plan or Company/Corporate Plan is applicable for businesses, companies, corporations, associations, unions with at least 10 members. Our Group Plan rates are much lower than the Family/Individual rates.
Non-Contributory
Non-Contributory - where the company shoulders all the payment with no obligation on the part of the employee.
Contributory
Contributory - employer and employee agrees on a sharing of payments; for example 50% is paid by the company and 50% is paid by the employee. It could be a 60-40 sharing or 70-30 sharing or whatever will be agreed upon between the employer and the employee.
